Our in-house HISP service can be accessed by integrators in their own applications with our custom-integration SDK or through an XDR or SMTP interface. Easily connect to our servers, compose a message with or without file attachments, or decrypt and view a received message and its attachments. We take care of all the certificates and encryption for you so you can focus on the content and workflow.

Lightweight connectors are available for Java, .NET (C# and VB), PHP, Node.js, Ruby and other environments, or design your own. You can incorporate Direct Messaging into your own customized workflow in as little as a few hours. And yes, we have an integration DLL!

ONC Certification for Health IT

If you are seeking ONC certification, our integration tools can be used to meet ONC's Direct Messaging criteria.

EMR Direct Interoperability Engine also includes support for edge protocols and delivery notifications needed for ONC certification testing, and functionality to help you meet the (g)(7) and (g)(9) Application access and new (g)(10) Standardized API for patient and population services criteria using our HL7 FHIR services.
