Activating an EMR Direct Account within your Certified EMR
EMR Direct works behind the scenes to set up and service accounts that are integrated into other software. Reach out to your vendor to request an account. Since the vendor activates accounts within their software, we'll forward any inquiries from customers to the appropriate contact at the vendor. You're welcome to contact us at support@emrdirect.com if you're not sure who that is. Just let us know the name of the practice and your EMR vendor and we'll let them know we've received a request to initiate account activation.
