phiQuery FHIR Services Certification Testing - Interoperability Engine 2017
After using EMR Direct Interoperability Engine 2017 to enable HL7 FHIR services, most of our partners proceed to ONC 2015 Edition Health IT certification testing.
The HealthToGo Sandbox is an HTML5 client application that can be used as a test harness to evaluate the capabilities of a phiQuery implementation and demonstrate for a testing proctor during ONC 2015 Edition certification testing that an implementation works according to the corresponding Interoperability Engine 2017 FHIR documentation. HealthToGo is intended to be fairly self-explanatory; implementers can walk through the test procedure with it using their test FHIR endpoint at this link for Interoperability Engine 2017 implementations (FHIR STU3 Ballot):
https://www.emrdirect.com/healthtogo/healthtogo?datasource=[sandbox-datasource-name]
The sandbox datasource name can be found in your EMR Direct developer "welcome" email and will generally be the same as the part of your test Direct address before the "@test.directproject.net."
For ONC 2015 Edition systems under test, the Interoperability Engine 2017 public API documentation and terms will be requested by the certification testing lab and are available here:

The vendor, product, and version to submit to proctors is:

For ONC 2015 Edition Cures Update testing, refer instead to the following note for testing: Interoperability Engine 2021 with FHIR R4 support.
